Wall Street English is pleased to announce a Development deal with a franchise partner that will expand its footprint across the Middle East.

The deal, reached with Language Teaching and Training Co. Ltd. located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, renews their existing agreement for the 12 Wall Street English learning centers operating in Saudi Arabia with a commitment to open 25 more across that country over the next 10 years. The deal also covers opening Wall Street English learning centers in Bahrain and the Gulf Cooperation Council States (GCC), which includes Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Yemen.

Sahal Hefzi, owner of Language Teaching and Training Co. Ltd., said “English is essential to gain knowledge, and I have seen the outcome of the Wall Street English method and the positive impact we have on our students in Saudi Arabia. It is time to take everything we have learned with our successful business model here and expand it to serve others across the region.”

“This deal gives us a strong and trusted regional partner in the Middle East,” said Jim McGowan, COO of Wall Street English. “Mr. Hefzi has developed a successful business in Saudi Arabia since he opened his first center in 2001. We look forward to working with him as he brings English to people across the Middle East.”

WSE Saudi Arabia currently operates 12 learning centers in key markets including Riyadh, Jeddah, and Mecca. They are committed to bringing the English language to all people in Saudi Arabia, and offer five women’s learning centers.
